Truly felt like this was a "team effort" to find the right policies
Called The Bill Yon Agency this morning inquiring about homeowners/auto polices. Spoke with Karen, who is by far the most professional, positive, informative, patient, diligent, and with great people skills. We have had several phone conversations today as I have asked many questions prior to changing insurance agencies for first time in 26 yrs. Very pleased with the value added information, great insights, and options offered by Karen/Erie Insurance. Working with three other companies on policies and pricing, Karen/Erie Insurance by far have been the best. Highly recommend this agency and Karen. Truly felt like this was a “team effort” to find the right policies which matched my home and auto needs!
